| Details: | 04-25-2022-Kelly and John were contacted via email and I also left a voice message with instructions to collect 3 RP samples and 1 TG sample at the source. I reminded the operators to collect these samples before taking any corrective actions (Shocking the system with chlorine). Next Steps: Kelly informed me that she will be collecting the samples tomorrow 4-26-2022. She will also speak with Tom, the person collecting the samples, to see if proper sampling procedure was followed. |
