Details:	Glyn called to ask about backflow operators and if the certified operator found online was indeed verified? I let him know that the information we have on data online has been submitted to DMCE and verified through them and to feel confident that the operator listed should be sufficient in meeting the corrective action for Philippi Park. He also wanted to submit his certified operator certificate along with the application.
