| Details: | 04.26.2022-Final approval request form. The system completed the installation of surface water treatment in 2019. Treatment included UV. Conditional approval was granted, but to close out the project and grant final approval, the system has to complete the final approval request form. Daniel informed me that he completed the form, but he has not heard back from the engineer that has to sign the form. He sent an email to Rob Henry with HBH Engineering requesting his signature. Next step: Once the final approval request form is signed by an HBH engineer, Daniel will email it to Rebecca Templin, DWS plan review engineer. |
