| Details: | Discussed with the head deacon of this facility the steps moving forward which include a site visit and additional sampling. I followed up this conversation with an email. He has been instructed to submit 3 distribution samples and one well sample to the lab ASAP. He is also aware that a site visit is required. Once the repeat samples results are available online, we plan to discuss corrective action measures. | ||
