| Details: | 04.27.2022-Survey report emailed to Liz and to Robert Kohn. The water system is well operated. No significant deficiencies or rule violations identified during the current water system survey. No MCL, action level or treatment technique violations since 2017. The system has not had any waterborne disease outbreaks attributable to the water system in the last 5 years. The system had four monitoring and reporting violations between 2017 and 2018, but all have been resolved. |
