| Details: | I left a voice message with Dan Rocha on 5/4/2022 at 3:18 PM to inform him that a TC+ alert was generated from a routine sample taken at 50th Ave NW. I informed him that he will need to take three repeat samples within 24 hours, one at the site of the original positive routine sample, one within 5 connections upstream, and one within 5 connections downstream. Also, triggered samples will also need to be taken, one at each source that was active on the day the positive sample was taken. I sent an email to Doris Rocha at 3:28 PM on 5/4/2022 stating the same information mentioned above. I talked with Dan the water operator on 5/6/2022 at 8:00 am. Three repeat samples were taken and sent to the lab along with two triggered samples. Dan stated that SRC-BA - Well #2 - Orchard and CH-G - Common Header for WTP-G/ Well 3A&3B were not active at the time he took the routine TC positive sample. Sent email to DMCE. |
