| Details: | June 27 2018 survey noted a worn gasket on the reservoir hatch lid, gap in the well#2 cap joint and an open electrical conduit on well #3. Gene submitted pictures of the new gasket and sealed well heads on September 24, 2018. These deficiencies are considered corrected. | ||
