| Details: | Emailed Gabriel in regards to violation for missing coliform sample for the month of April. I informed him that in order to get back onto quarterly sampling, he must complete 12 months of monthly coliform sampling (which he did). He also can't have any M&R violations or a triggered coliform investigation (he had a violation for not reporting nitrate earlier this year). If all of these items have been met, then I informed him that he would also need to send me photos of well casing and vent to provide proof that well is sound and intact. Then I would need to submit to the State to change the coliform schedule back to quarterly before he could start sampling quarterly again. | ||
