| Details: | 05.20.2022 - A 2nd email was sent to Daniel requesting an update on the cross connection deficiency. The operator was advised to provide an update by May 24, 2022. Daniel was also reminded that water systems that have failed to act within the required time frame to address significant deficiencies are required to use a public notice to inform all persons served by the water system. 05.12.2022-I emailed Daniel requesting an update on the cross connection deficiency. The due date for this deficiency was May 6, 2022. |
