| Details: | I spoke with Meryl, the owner of Alston Pub & Grub. Meryl said that she believes the system's UV treatment may have a malfunction or require maintenance, resulting in the multiple recent positive total coliform sample results. The system now qualifies for a Level 2 Coliform Investigation. We scheduled their Water System Survey coupled with their Level 2 Coliform Investigation this month. I also mentioned that due to the Level 2 Investigation, Alston Pub & Grub will now be on a Monthly sampling schedule for total coliform until further notice. Meryl said she plans to work with McMullen Water regarding their Level 1 Coliform Investigation. |
