| Details: | Two items noted during survey. Old well within setback from the new well and the fire tank fill hose is too long. Received email and copy of well abandonment form on 10/28/21. The old well under the laundry room has been legally abandon and approved by WRD and they have shortened the fire fill hose so to prevent back siphonage potential. | ||
