| Details: | I tried calling the operator, but no answer and no option for voice mail. I sent an email notifying the operator of the repeat sample results, the boil water notice, additional samples needed, and that a level 2 investigation is needed. I provided my contact information for the operator and I will try calling again tomorrow. 5/17/2022: Talked with the operator, the public notice has been posted, they are collecting the 5 conformation samples. The operator mentioned that he found the UV went out but is now fixed. |
