| Details: | Mr. Nix contacted me on 5/17/22 to discuss the recent TC positive sample. I informed him of the correct repeat process including labeling of the four samples. He was concerned about a distribution sample being positive with a chlorine residual of 0.50ppm, and an assessment sample negative. We will await further results from the repeats. |
