| Details: | 8/5/21 survey noted no plan review for the buried reservoir and no information about it. Reservoir was partially uncovered and determined that it is a 4000 gallon fiberglass tank. The access hatch is approximately 18" underground. Plan for this summer is to build a collar/riser to ground surface to make hatch accessible and clean the tank. | ||
