| Details: | Glyn called and wanted to know if the failed backflow device at Philippi Park would need a check valve for inspection purposes per cross connection rules. In summary, I stated that if the plumbing was to be in direct connection that could in essence create a health hazard, such as drinking water or fish cleaning, then they would be required to install an approved backflow device that could be checkable by a licensed backflow inspector. | ||
