| Details: | Spoke with the contact for this water system once alert received. We discussed in general terms that sampling that would need to take place. She has a operator that takes care of this system. I spoke with him on this same day as well. I mentioned to him the other types of sampling he would need to conduct when taking the repeat lead samples. He claimed at this time he has the ability to test for pH, temperature, alkalinity, etc. I mention to the operator and owner that a letter would be generated by the compliance department at OHA-DWS. This letter was sent on October 15th. I attempt to contact both owner and operator again on 10-19-18 to discuss the specifics of the letter. | ||
