| Details: | Called and spoke with Travis and informed him to the +TC sample for May. I reminded him to collect 3 repeat and a triggered sample. He said they have conditional approval for the disinfection system and are in the process of getting it installed. The compliance deadline is July 15th. I also informed him the WS has a violation for not reporting a routine TC sample in April. | ||
