| Details: | Received alert for a toluene detection of 0.0042 mg/l from a sample collected on 4/25/22. Emailed James that quarterly samples for toluene would be required for a period of time. Advised he determine whether the toluene came from well #4 or well #5. Update 6/2/22. Was informed the sample with the detection was actually collected at the new well #1A, not at EP-A. An amended lab report showing the correct sample location was received. The toluene was likely introduced during the new well's construction. Additional sampling for the new well to be determined. No additional toluene sampling is required from EP-A. |
