| Details: | Some days ago a request was made to change the sample "ID 2203124701" from "repeat" to "triggered source." Filling this request would remove a violation from the DWS data base for this system. Noted or Discussed: 1. the sample was collected from a pre-treatment faucet. 2. an error was made in recording a chlorine residual or a typo indicating a chlorine residual bringing into question if the sample was a legitimate source sample. 3. as the sample result was received a day late the state would still consider this a violation regardless of who owned the error in documenting a chlorine residual. 4. is DWS consistent in applying violations when sample results are submitted tardy. 5. in conjunction with the next sample event in coming days the operator plans to also collect and submit a source sample to resolve the violation. |
