Details:	Background/Problem Identification: High Desert Estates (HDE) operates a small groundwater system that is having issues with limited staff and reading their analog customer water meters. The water system would like to look into funding a meter replacement project to install a radio read meter system. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider contacted Diane and spoke at length about the water system and the issues that they are having with their current metering system. The circuit rider reached out to Caprielle Lewis of Business Oregon to determine the best funding path forward for HDE. The circuit rider completed an LOI on behalf of HDE and submitted for their review and signature. The water board ultimately decided not to pursue funding through the SDWRLF. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider can assist further if needed. Technical Reports to be Prepared and Expected Timeframe: N/A.
