| Details: | 06.07.2022-I contacted Waylon to inform him that the water system's coliform sampling schedule changed from quarterly to monthly. The system failed to collect a sample during the 1st quarter of the year. DMCE sent an opportunity letter instructing the system to collect a Make Up sample, but the Make Up sample was not collected. This triggered the increase in the coliform sampling frequency. The sample collected in May can count as 1st monthly sample. Next steps: The system is required to collect monthly RT samples. |
