| Details: | Triggered source sample positive following routine positive. Gene called and said the triggered sample was actually from the first sampling point in the pumphouse since the raw sample tap is very difficult to access. We discussed this will still trigger a level one and I sent him a L1 form. Gene will take another true raw sample from the well as soon as they access the well head. Recommended making the RST easier to access and sample. Submit level one w/in 30 days. Continue monthly sampling. | ||
