| Details: | 06.10.2022-Morgan provided a copy of: -Coliform sampling plan. The sampling plan described the routine sampling sites with their corresponding repeat sampling locations. - A chlorine log sheet for the month of May 2022. Next steps: Correct pending survey deficiencies: - Install a screen on the storage tank top vent. - calibrate the existing turbidimeter or purchase an EPA approve turbidimeter. - provide a watertight hatch lid for the water storage tank. - Initiate plan review process for major modification not approved (poly tanks installed in 2020). - Complete chlorine tracer study to ensure CT values are calculated correctly. |
