| Details: | 12.21.2023-I contacted Rob to get an update on the action plan to correct the survey deficiencies. 08.14.2023-Rob informed me that he hired the services of 541 Water Inc to install flow meters on the contact chamber effluent line. A digital chlorinator system was also installed. Next steps: Rob was instructed to provide photos to verify the flow meter was installed. Now that the system has the means to adequately determine the flow rate on the contact chamber effluent line, the next step is to perform a chlorine tracer study to determine contact time. Rob will confirm whether or not the system will need Circuit rider assistance to do the tracer study. Regarding the ERP, Rob requested additional time to complete the ERP. ERP and tracer study due date extended to November 30, 2023. 08.01.2023-Rob was contacted via email and asked to provide an update on the status of the survey deficiencies that are still pending. 12.15.2022-Rob informed me that they are working with 541 water this off season to completely upgrade the entire water system and bring the whole thing up to date. Rob believes he will be done with this project in spring. All deficiencies will be corrected by then. Next steps: the due date to correct all deficiencies has been extended to July 11, 2023. Rob was advised to contact plan review engineer, Zach Golic, to confirm whether or not DWS approval is required for the upgrades that the system is planning to do. 06.13.2022-I contacted Rob inquiring about the water system survey deficiencies that are still pending. |
