| Details: | Two repeat coliform samples positive. Triggered well (#2) sample absent. Emailed Tom and Fred and provided level one investigation form. However, system may need level 2 as this was the 2nd confirmed TC+ w/in 12 months with a TC+ in Sept 2021. System will take corrective action (flush/chlorinate) and resume normal sampling in July. If level 2 is triggered I will make a site visit. | ||
