Details: Sent Travis an e-mail stating that they have not submitted a routine coliform sample for the month of May. Reminded him to take monthly samples and to submit a sample for June. He sent me the May sample from Alexin, notified him to remember to add PWS number so they can be automatically reported to the state. Sent copy of May sample to compliance.
