| Details: | DWS was notified that Suburban East Salem WD had a total coliform positive (E. coli negative) routine sample at 356 44th Ave SE. The operator collected all necessary repeat samples (original site, downstream and upstream). Triggered source samples are not required since the wells are seasonal only and the system purchases water from City of Salem. Operator will notify DWS of repeat results. 6/16/22 update: all repeat (original site, upstream, downstream) results are negative for total coliform and E. coli. No further actions needed. |
