Details:	The Manzanita Hills Subdivision is a private water system serving nine connections. Their water source is a 38 gpm well completed in 2004. The system has had two arsenic sample violations, one for Oct 1 - Dec 31, 2017 and again Jan 1 - Mar 31, 2018. They are also currently overdue on submitting a plan and schedule for addressing the violations, due May 15, 2018. Civil West Engineering was contacted to meet with the HOA representative James Robinson to conduct a site-visit to evaluate the existing water system and provide feedback. 5-17-18 – Will Dawson conducted a site visit. 1. Evaluation of the current system. 2. Provided feedback to OHA and recommended possible avenues for addressing the system deficiencies. SIPP application for a feasibility study to be completed for the Manzanita Hills Subdivision system to provide viable options and recommendations related to the arsenic treatment. The technical memo will be prepared and submitted on 6-8-18.
