| Details: | I spoke with the owner/operator regarding the routine sample taken on 6/16 that was coliform present. He reports that he tested the chlorine level prior to taking the sample although this is not reflective in SDWIS. He then mentioned that he submitted 3 assessment samples at the same time as the routine. I have contacted the lab to find out if one of the bottles got mixed up somehow and that proof would be if a residual was listed on the label. He will be submitting 3 distribution and one well sample as site #41 is on well #B. He let him know that a sanitary survey is due sometime this year. I will be addressing the two different EP at that time. | ||
