| Details: | RT sample tested positive for E.Coli. Operator informed me that he had already notified all the residents on that well not to drink the water. I instructed the operator to collect 3 RP samples in the distribution system and one TG sample at the wellhead. Operator was also instructed to collect samples prior to any corrective action. | ||
