| Details: | After contacting the new operator of the water system, I was able to submit an inventory update to DWS changing the classification from and OVS to a TNC. I let Chris know the monitoring requirements and asked him to submit a one-time arsenic sample along with routine coliform and nitrate samples. Monitoring is overdue because the previous owners (key Bank) closed down during covid and sold the property to Teamsters Local 324. Teamsters took over a few months ago but did not know the water system requirements. | ||
