Details:	DWS Staff emailed system informing them the City of Lafayette received 2 monitoring and reporting violations for April (1. Monthly GW Compliance Report and 2. Corrosion Control Report) and both violations had returned to compliance earlier this month. Friendly reminder about getting reports in on time to avoid violations provided. System stated they had some faxing issues and DWS processing reports suggested email submission.
