| Details: | Due to short staffing at the mill and the holiday weekend I was unable to get to speak to Jimmy until Tuesday 6/21/22 regarding the positive repeat samples. I reminded Jimmy to review his coliform sampling schedule in SDWIS which is monthly. The compliance schedule for the installation of chlorine residual maintenance the was due on 6/18/22 was not met. I was informed by Jimmy that the owners of the mill decided to drill a new well. I discussed the situation with Shawn Stevenson, Brad Daniels and Chuck Michaels. I supplied Jimmy with the plan review documentation. I received a call from the mill owner requesting assistance with the plan review. I directed him to the circuit rider program. I received notice that due to the positive repeat samples another Level 2 investigation is required. I will work to get that submitted. I received an email from Delta Operations that was hired by the mill to assist them with the plan review documentation. They will be submitting a plan review documents for the installation of chlorine residual maintenance on SRC-AA, installation of new storage tanks and installation of the new SRC-AB. |
