Details: 06.28.2022-Sam reported that he collected TOC and Alkalinity samples on March 9, 2022 for the 1st quarter of 2022. He took the samples to McCowan lab and the lab mailed the samples to ALG labs in Eugene. On June 21, the lab emailed back Sam informing him that the samples were mistakenly delivered to Pendleton, OR. No additional information was provided by the lab. I informed Sam that the system also missed collecting finished water TOC in the 2nd quarter.

Next steps: The operator will make sure finished water TOC is collected at the same time with raw TOC and alkalinity. No make up TOC sample needed. Sam will collect 3rd quarter samples early in July and follow up with the lab to ensure samples are processed and reported in time.
