Details:	06.30.2022 - Updates on pending survey deficiencies: - No screened vent on poly tanks: Morgan purchased new screened vents for the water storage tanks. pictures were provided. He tried installing the new vents but they didn't fit the lids. Morgan requested additional time to correct this deficiency. Next steps: The operator plans to order new screened vents to fit the existing lids, or purchase entirely new lids. The corrective action due date is now September 30, 2022. The system also purchased and installed a new chlorine solution tank (NSF approved) on 06.22.22. pictures were provided and saved in water system e-folder.
