| Details: | Contacted Pioneer Parks CO-OP's Inc water operator(Steve Albin) at 3:25 PM to inform them that the monthly GW compliance report ( chlorine residual) was not sent into the state for May 2022. Steve sent me over another water operator. I called Mike Byer at 3:30 PM and left a message informing them that the state never received the monthly GW compliance report. I asked that they call back when they receive the voice message. Emailed Steve Albin 7/12/2022 to see if Mike Byers received my voice message. Steve stated that Mike Beyers faxed the report on time and he had the cover receipt but he will fax it again. |
