| Details: | I conducted a field inspection of the system on 10/22/18. There was no direct indication of contamination of the system. There had been a pump replacement about 1 month ago, and a burnt home about 9 months ago. All water connections associated with the burn are thought to be capped. No disinfection of the system occurred with either the burn or the pump replacement. Ms. Winiarski was currently in the process of disinfecting the system but was currently unable to get shock water to the affected part of the system where the E. Coli occurred. I will continue to follow up. Boil water notices have been issued. |
