| Details: | All three routine samples that were taken on 10/17/2018 were positive for coliform. Went to Mildred Kanipe Memorial Park on 10/19/2018. Did level 2 investigation and submitted investigation on 10/24/2018 to State. Operator will be installing additional sample tap in storage room where pressure tank is located. Bathroom faucets are metered and are not a good location to take a sample. Tank seal is also to be cleaned. Hauled water is put into riser when needed at park. Opening riser allows for potential contamination. Is was noted that water level of storage tank was above proper fill line for storage tank. Operator will be working on issues and submitting additional samples. Chlorination was discussed as a solution if operator is unable to resolve the total coliform issues. |
