| Details: | After finding the phone at the last known number no long in service the following letter was sent by US post: Peter Martin: You are reported as the person responsible for the public water system serving West Manor MHP located near the intersection of Beach Loop Rd/Highway 101, Bandon OR. A water sample collected on 7/7/22 at West Manor MHP showed the presence of coliform bacteria. This makes follow-up samples to determine the risk to residents important including at a minimum: • a repeat sample collected from the same site as the 7/7 sample; and • a triggered source sample collected from the well head faucet. To allow for protection of residents, sampling should be arranged as soon as practical and allow for results to be reported by no later than 7/18/22. In the event of coliform bacteria found in either sample please call me at 541-266-6720 to discuss next steps for safety. Previous attempts to notify you by phone of this situation found the number you provided no longer in-use.
