| Details: | I left a voice mail for Jimmy regarding this TC+ test result. I am trying to determine if this was a special sample following a shock chlorination or an actual routine sample. I will try to contact him again tomorrow. The mill is short staffed and Jimmy works in the mill most days and isn't available. 4/13/22 Jimmy left a voice stating the water system was shock chlorinated and special samples were returned absent. The TC+ test was from the required monthly sample. I consulted with Region 2 tech staff regarding ongoing coliform issues and the missed compliance deadline to install chlorine. I left Jimmy a voice mail explaining that three repeat distribution samples are required and a triggered source sample. I also informed Jimmy that a violation will occur for not meeting the chlorination compliance schedule and a public notice will be required likely in the next 30 days. I also spoke to Garren Friedman with Delta Operations. They have been hired by the mill to assist with plan review for a new well SRC-AB, a new storage tank and installation of chlorine. The paper work is being completed. They are consulting with Civil West on the project. |
