Details: Today phone contact was made with the operator. It was explained that the facility missed submitting their 2nd quarter coliform sample for 2022. Operator was out for surgery and missed the sample. It was explained that 3rd and 4th quarter samples must be taken in order to avoid being placed on monthly coliform monitoring.
