| Details: | I contacted Zach Golik on 06/30/2022 to discuss the uncorrected significant deficiency of the new well not having final plan review approval. Zach and I spoke on 07/01/2022 regarding the water system and the final items he needs to complete the plan review. I informed Zach that I was going to extend the completion date until 12/31/2022 for correcting this deficiency and would help him get compliance with the owner of the water system. | ||
