| Details: | 07.18.2022-Survey deficiencies due date extended. Additional time was granted for the system to carry out a contact tracer study and to find a new DRC. Steve will reach out to Civil West Engineering to coordinate the tracer study. Steve is still contacting different agencies to locate an operator with the right level of certification to be the new DRC. The new due date to resolve the pending deficiencies is November 30, 2022. |
