Details:	Sent an email to the property manager with the test results from the sample submitted on 7/12 of .0248 mg/L. After the June test results the treatment installer inspected the treatment equipment and found it poorly maintained. He gave specific instructions on how to proceed. It is unknown if these were implemented.
