| Details: | Today an email containing a level 1 coliform investigation form was sent to the owner. It was explained that the system is responsible for completing a level 1 investigation then emailing the completed form to me within 30 days. It was also explained that the system should be taking necessary corrective actions in order to prevent another positive coliform sample. Recommended checking the seal on the wellhead as well as taking measures such as shock chlorination of the system. | ||
