| Details: | 7/25 spoke with ODF employee who stated that a contractor had recently performed work on the well on 7/15. Received a positive test for total coliforms. Closed the handpump for the well to the public on 7/21. The well was shocked over the weekend. Planned to sample again 7/25/22. Sampling was completed along with a level 1 investigation. The Level 1 investigation was reported to State offices on 8/4/2022 | ||
