| Details: | I spoke with Misty and explained the process for proceeding with the request for hearing that followed DWS' Notice of Civil Penalty to the owner of the water system. We discussed a likely settlement and I clarified what monitoring and other actions will be required in a settlement and that Mr. Lee will be required to pay $300 (10% of the total penalty) to finalize the settlement. I'll draft a settlement this week. | ||
