| Details: | 07.26.22 - Caleb informed me that there is a signed sales agreement to sell Sleepy Hollow mobile and RV park. He requested an extension to not sign the water agreement. He is not sure what the new buyer's course of action will be. I was advised by DWS Compliance to inform Caleb that DWS can’t grant an extension at this point. If he chooses to sign the agreement, he has until tomorrow morning (07.27.22) to do so. If not, compliance will move forward with issuing an administrative order. |
