Details:	We have had multiple follow-up conversations with Joe Long since 7/19/22. Today (7/28/22), we sent a summary email to the operator to help orient them to all the water testing and other regular operational expectations for the water system. Our email conversations can be viewed upon request at Hood River County Health Department, Environmental Health office. Joe replied to our email verifying receipt of the information.
