| Details: | Appropriate triggered source sampling was conducted at the entry point/common header nearest the TC+ location as that was the only source of sampled water possible. However, SDWIS reported all common headers needed sampling. Since the default SDWIS selection does not take into account hydraulics of a multi-EP/multi-header PWS, DMCE added a new facility and set SDWIS to make the triggered sample schedules from that facility. The facility ID is PZ with the name of “CHECK PRESSURE ZONE MAP - TRIGGERED MON”. This prompts DWS to ask SUB what the correct common header(s) is/are and DMCE can replace the required triggered sampling in SDWIS. The objective of the change is to avoid SDWIS falsely listing 4 locations in the coliform sample schedule. DWS tech staff will still need to explicitly communicate with SUB and DMCE to assure the appropriate triggered EP/header locations are sampled and DMCE alters SDWIS's required triggered location. |
